By registering as a wholesale account with Doc Johnson, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. No Third-Party Marketplace Sales. I will not offer, list, advertise, or sell any Doc Johnson products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Alibaba, Temu, or any other third-party online marketplace, whether directly or through an affiliated seller account, without prior written authorization from Doc Johnson.
  2. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Compliance. I have received, reviewed, and agree to comply with Doc Johnson’s current MAP policy governing advertised pricing across all sales channels, including but not limited to my own website, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
  3. Strict Enforcement. I understand that Doc Johnson strictly monitors and enforces this policy. Violations may result, at Doc Johnson’s sole discretion, in warning notices, suspension of purchasing privileges, termination of my wholesale account, and forfeiture of any pending orders or promotional terms — without liability to Doc Johnson.
  4. Diversion. I will not sell, transfer, or divert Doc Johnson products to any third party known or reasonably suspected to be a marketplace seller, unauthorized reseller, or exporter.
