3. Include your business name, tax ID, and contact information
4. Our team will review your application within 1-2 business days

Already Have an Acumatica Account?

If you're an existing Doc Johnson customer with an Acumatica account, you can Claim Your Account from the login page. Enter your Customer ID and the email on file to link your existing account to the portal.

As a guest, you have limited access to browse the product catalog without pricing information.

Retail Store Submission

Retailers can submit their store for listing on the Doc Johnson store locator through the Retail Finder link in the footer. This helps customers find your store.

The Doc Johnson Wholesale Portal can be installed on your phone, tablet, or desktop as an app — no app store needed.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

1. Open Safari and navigate to the portal
2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow at bottom)
3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
4. Tap Add — the Doc Johnson icon appears on your home screen

Android (Chrome)

1. Open Chrome and navigate to the portal
2. Chrome may show an "Install app" banner automatically
3. Or tap the three-dot menu → "Install app"

Desktop (Chrome)

1. Visit the portal in Chrome
2. Click the install icon in the address bar
